One Love Yoga Studio wants everyone to experience greater health, well-being, and personal growth through a regular Yoga practice. Yoga is a safe and gentle way to transform how you feel in your mind, body & soul. You are welcomed as you are, no experience or flexibility required. The studio strives to create a safe,nuturing & supportive community to support students on their Yoga journey.
I invite you to experience what a regular Yoga practice can do for you. A Yoga community offers acceptance, encouragement and compassion. Yoga is a practice that we engage in to connect with ourselves more fully. You will receive benefits physically by increasing body awareness. Observe how your body feels and has the ability to move, stretch and strengthen itself. Yoga is non-competitive & it provides you the opportunity for growth in self-awareness. No two practices will be alike. Each time you step on to your mat you bring different energy resulting in a different practice each time. My goal is to make Yoga accessible to anyone regardless of age, body size, strength, experience or physical limitations.I provide a safe environment for students to explore Yoga, making it possible to reflect, grow and challenge themselves. I guide students with great care & personal attention. Yoga mats, straps & blankets provided to support you & your practice.

Yoga that incorporates meditation can give you a deeper sense of mental well-being. Yoga, and meditation, has been shown to provide stress relief benefits by allowing practitioners to consciously relax, not just on the yoga mat, but when you walk out into your daily life.
There are many different styles of meditation. Meditation is a mind-breath & body practice. Meditation brings peace and serenity into people’s lives. Meditation is a tool to use regularly to relax the mind, release worries temporarily and let go of daily pressures. One of the most important benefits of meditation is how it releases stress from our bodies.Take into consideration how much time you spend thinking, worrying, rushing and working on a daily basis. It seems only natural to balance it all out with some form of relaxation. Meditation is an effective way to achieve this. Meditation can bring about healing of both the body and the mind to some degree. Meditation practiced regularly will lead you to a deeper level of relaxation and contemplation. Most classes end with a guided or silent meditation, sometimes aromatherapy is included.Anybody and every 'body', at any age, can practice Yoga & meditation to gain numerous health benefits. Yoga and meditation have many benefits.
